SERVICES
CMM Programming /Dimensional Inspection
Using PC-DMIS software, CRPM will program your parts in our facility or yours. In a production environment, this service may make your CMM more productive by eliminating programming downtime. CRPM also provides 100% inspection. We will program your parts and supply you with the resulting dimensional data. All contract inspections are performed on Hexagon CMMs.
Reverse Engineering
Using PolyWorks|Inspector and PolyWorks|Modeler CRPM will laser scan your part with our ROMER absolute arm creating a polygonal mesh. From here we can create a 3D solid model in STEP or IGES format.
Specialized Training
CRPM specializes in Hexagon software and provides training for
PC-DMIS. Primary and supplementary training is available to meet the requirements of your programmer.
